Hungarian Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years in Budapest

Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered in Budapest to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary brought together a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

Since opening its doors, the Budapest eu news church has also hosted activities focused on drug education, human rights, humanitarian service and dialogue between religions. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
